Ah, the life of a small business owner...  I never saw myself as a business owner.  But, here I am as a small business owner.  It's been less than 1 year since I've owned Let's Trip Travel Consultants.  There are many travails in growing a travel agency; but, there are many rewards too!  The hardest aspect is marketing - building and maintaining a solid client base that loves and trusts what your agency offers.  Marketing is definitely my biggest challenge; but, it is making me grow as an individual.  I now have newfound respect for people who have built successful businesses out of nothing.  I love the technical aspects of the travel industry.  Building a company website, creating social media content, creating travel videos, etc.  Those tasks are way cool!  I also like utilizing my company's CRM (Client Relationship Manager), because I'm always learning technical (yet personal) ways to strengthen my relationship and bond with you, my valued customer and friend.

I am a small business owner who has big dreams for my business and my customers!
